Finance Manager – Clore Leadership Programme
Initiated by the Clore Duffield Foundation in 2003, the Clore Leadership Programme is an independent charity which aims to develop exceptional leaders in the cultural sector through Fellowships, residential courses, Board training and other projects.
This is a new post, reporting to the Director, and is based at Somerset House in central London. Main duties will include preparation of management accounts and statutory information; quarterly forecasting and managing cash flow; day-to-day financial administration; and supporting the Director in the preparation of annual/ project budgets and business planning.
Candidates should be CCAB qualified accountants with strong practical experience of management accounting. They must have excellent communication skills; be happy to work as part of a small, busy and collaborative team; and preferably have experience of working in the arts. We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative and to be hands-on, who gives close attention to detail and has the ability to juggle a busy workload.
The post is part-time (28 hours a week) and the annual salary will be £38,000 – £40,000 (pro rata).
