Prakash Kerai | Technology Lawyer at DAC Beachcroft LLP
As Legal Director in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecoms) team at DAC Beachcroft, I specialise in the legal and contractual aspects of technology deals; advising on all types of technology contracts (e.g. software licences, SaaS and hosting arrangements, implementation projects, development projects, outsourcing deals). I have particular expertise in projects with complex contractual, technical, and financial aspects. I have worked in industry having had in-house legal roles at Dell, Business Objects (now SAP), and Royal Mail.
At Cerno Professional Services, I help organisations to save money on their arrangements with the major software vendors. I advise on the commercial and contractual aspects of software licensing in the context of new procurements, re-procurements, and vendor initiated software audits.
Karen Tippett | Founder of Tippett PR
Karen has 24 years experience in public relations and Tourism marketing both agency side and as the former Head Of PR, Promotions and Internal Communications at Virgin Holidays. She has worked with many travel and lifestyle brands from tourist boards and hotel groups to tour operators and luxury brands.
She spent 10 years at travel PR agency First Public Relations Limited including 5 years as the agency’s Strategy & Business Development Director. During her tenure at Virgin Holidays she was responsible for the strategy and delivery of the brand’s internal and external communications strategy, which included launching the first V-Room at Gatwick, Virgin Holidays Cruises and a brand partnership with HIP Hotels.

Daren Dixon is a highly experienced and connected international executive who has worked in the fields of A&R, talent management and marketing for the top entertainment companies in the world.

Anne-Marie Batson | CEO of Amber PR
