David is the founder of Magnificent Minds, a company focusing on getting professionals to communicate their story through leadership, presentation skills and their businesses. He is also the founder of Magnificent Generation a youth development company providing empowerment for young people and those who work with them. David has had the pleasure of working on most continents doing this work he loves and has worked with brilliant clients including BBC, Virgin Media, Channel 4, Shell, BP, Pearsons, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays, Schools Network, Career Academies, PixL Network, Teach First, Social Enterprise Coalition and Unltd as well as over 1000 schools, colleges and youth organisations in the UK and beyond
