Daren Dixon – CEO of Above & Beyond Creative Agency

Daren Dixon is founder of creative agency Above and Beyond and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. With a strong focus on talent, brands, youth-markets and multi-cultural consumers both he and Above and Beyond have built campaigns for Nike, Levis, YouTube, Twitter, Reebok, Google, Samsung, BBH, H&M, ASOS among others.
He has worked with talent such as Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Kelly Rowland, Solange, Lauryn Hill, Jay-Z, Cheryl Cole and Gwen Stefani. Prior to founding Above and Beyond, Mr. Dixon worked with top music artists as an A&R Manager at RCA Records where he discovered and signed international rock band ‘Kasabian’. Mr. Dixon also served as Head Of International for Beyonce Knowles for 5 years handling a number of high profile brand alignments as well building strategic international plans for her.
He has a proven track record of identifying successful partnerships and has garnered significant recognition as one of the most influential brand marketers in Europe. His most recent work includes the Google Glass campaign featuring FKA Twigs.
He currently works on creative marketing and endorsement deals for a long list of talent clients including Pia Mia, Selena Gomez, Keri Hilson, Miguel, Solange and Lady Gaga alongside his role developing the stars of tomorrow whether it be photographers, bloggers, actors, models, artistsetc “Spending time with next generation talent is vitally important to me as they are the path and heartbeat to the future…understanding them gives me the advantage and helping them achieve their goals is a great feeling”.

Arieta Mujay is a London based fashion creative that has been working in fashion at various capacities for 15 years across the UK and Africa.  Starting out as a window dresser for GAP which allowed her access to seeing how looks are pulled together as worldwide GAP is applauded or their fabulous and consistent windows, while working as a window dresser for GAP in Brighton she started to get involved in styling.
She then moved on to fashion PR and worked as press officer for New look on the UK high street but still styled part time, Arieta rose to the position of PR Manager before leaving the company for another High street Brand River Island where her duties included running the PR Department, being the fashion Editor of the River Island In store Magazine as well as shoot director and stylist for some of the online e-commerce content. As head of PR UK for River Island, Arieta worked closely on the Rihanna for River Island collaboration and was part of the 777 tour.  She also worked with the British Fashion Council to bring the collection to be shown at the SS13/AW13 shows.
In 2013, Arieta launched African creative collective a PR and brand consultancy with the sole aim of nurturing African creative talent in the UK and as an advisor to brand and retailers who are interested in activations across the continent.
Arieta is a reviewer and contributor for Cosmopolitan Magazine’s online platform, a mentor to young businesses and an avid supporter of female empowerment.
Arieta has always been sought after and is now heading up PR and Communications at boohoo.com.
Mette Andersen – Product Lead at Ustwo

Mette is a Product Lead at ustwo. She specialises in innovation, proposition discovery & development, and has 8+ years of experience in designing valuable and engaging customer experiences.

Jacqueline specialises in trade mark work and deals with a wide range of issues in the UK and before OHIM, including prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings. She also advises on large international filing strategies and has experience in domain name dispute resolution proceedings.
She has experience working in a wide range of sectors including Cleantech, consumer products, food & beverage, computer software, mechanical & structural engineering and retail.
She has an LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an LLM from the University of Cambridge.
Jacqueline joined Mewburn Ellis LLP in 2011. She qualified as a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 2014 and is a representative authorised to act before OHIM.
