Deborah Labbate, Executive Coach and Business Advisor
Inspirational YOU ‘Leading Women’ masterclass
Wednesday 2nd July at The Nottingham Contemporary
Deborah has extensive experience of working in the SME sector having started her first business in 1980. Over the ensuing years Deborah engineered the business growth including expansion into several locations and the project management of a commercial new build. This gives Deborah a unique mix of skills having experienced all areas of business first hand.
After selling the business in 1993, and having a career break to start a family, Deborah was appointed a Partner in a vehicle refinishing business taking the role of part time Financial Director, a position she held until recently when she was the orchestrator of a successful exit.
Deborah learned very early on in her business life that the most vital aspect of being able to run a business is actually feeling confident to make the everyday decisions that accompany being ‘The Boss’, be that the Owner/Manager, the MD or anyone responsible for leading a team. With a passion for people, seeing them grow and their businesses thrive Deborah combines a wealth of experience with an understanding of the challenges facing business owners.
Over the last 8 years Deborah has worked with SMEs and individuals within those companies splitting her time between private clients and contracts with various organisations including a short contract with Nottinghamshire Police.
Deborah has a ‘no nonsense’, straightforward approach to help clients focus on the things that matter the most. Combining a unique blend of skills, tried and tested methods and proven ideas alongside practical experience and empathy, she is able to provide clear, practical and realistic strategies to enable business and personal goals and aspirations to be met. This in turn encourages business and personal skills to be improved, in addition to enhanced bottom line results, business growth and an improved work/life balance.
