Tessy Ojo is the CEO of the Diana Award and will be speaking at our Inspirational YOU ‘Women at The Top’ master class on the 27th November at the House of Commons.
Tessy joined the Diana Award in October 2000. Her current role as CEO involves providing sound leadership to the Organisation, developing and expanding current services and developing new services that involves young people tackling social issues, whilst ensuring its long term sustainability, through effective governance, sound finance and delivery of services.
Before becoming CEO, Tessy had two previous roles within the Diana Award as Director of Operations and Head of Business and Operations, over the past 13 years.
Prior to joining the Diana Award, Tessy worked in Private Sector firms IBM and Borders Books and Music. She is also a deputy chair of governors at a local school, trustee of two charities, sits on various education boards across London Local Authorities.
Tessy has a first degree in Biochemistry, an MBA in Third Sector Management, a post grad diploma in management studies and a diploma in Counselling.
Tessy is married to Stephen and has two teenage children.
